Carl Hansen & Søn – BK10 indoor-outdoor chair was designed by Bodil Kjær in 1959. It is available in oiled or untreated teak with or without a seat cushion. The chair from the indoor-outdoor series is durable enough to stay outdoors, while being beautiful enough to be used indoors.

Description:

The Carl Hansen & Søn – BK10 indoor-outdoor chair is clear, precise and appealingly graphical and looks just as good inside as it does outside. The solid teak chair, inspired by cubism, is designed to patinate beautifully over time. Despite its robust construction, the chair has a fine, linear appearance. The chair was designed in 1959 as part of a series of architecturally inspired indoor and outdoor furniture, the proportions of which have been designed to relate to the surroundings. In addition to the dining room chair, the indoor-outdoor series by Kjær includes a lounge chair, a side table, a dining table, a two-seater lounge sofa, a rocking sofa and a sun lounger. All seats, chairs and beds can be supplied with matching support cushions made from weather-resistant Sunbrella fabric.
