The Swan Chair was designed by Arne Jacobsen together with the Egg in 1958 to give the reception and lounge area of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen an unmistakable charm. These absolute design classics impress with their elegant, extravagant curves.
The cold foam padded plastic shell on the satin polished aluminum shaker frame is available in different versions. The cover is optionally available in fabric or leather, in a wide range of colors. The Swan Sofa, the Swan Chair and their counterpart the Egg Chair are represented and can be admired in various design museums around the world. The unique design, inviting and harmonious, at the same time noble and luxurious, underlines the beauty and popularity of these very special pieces of furniture.
