About The Design: CPH Lighting Eggy Pop Pendant

The Eggy Pop Collection is a decorative as well as functional lighting collection that emits a warm and non blending light. The diffusors are made out of PE – a strong and UV light withstanding and fully recyclable material. Eggy Pops can be used for home use and also for work.

CPH Lighting is a Danish lighting company and was founded in 2004. Their headquarters are located in Hjerting, a small Danish city at the west coast.

Guglielmo Berchicci was born in Milan and began his career in the mid-1980s. During these years, he participated in the most prestigious events and exhibitions of avant-garde design, both in Italy and abroad, thanks to his growing interest in the transformation of recyclable materials for luminous objects. His love of experimenting comes from the field of design to capture other areas that support his creativity, such as a series of jewels in metal alloys and crystals. In each area in which he works, Berchicci has a double soul: on the one hand he loves strong formal expressiveness, on the other hand he concentrates on a more conceptual research, which is connected with the synthesis between form and function; His search for new materials and technologies connects his two souls and he introduces unusual features into his design creations.
