Bring nature inside to create a spring atmosphere all year round. Maria Kariis took her inspiration for the 2Lips vase from the luxuriant shape of the tulip. The floor vase can be used in a seasonal arrangement in your hall to welcome guests. The vase is also beautiful without flowers and branches as a beautiful standalone piece of glass sculpture. The 2Lips vase, which is 34cm tall, is also available in a version measuring 45cm – the small is available in blue and the large variant in both green and blue. An ideal gift idea for a special occasion.

The Designer Maria Kariis:

Maria Kariis graduated as an industrial designer from Beckmans School of Design in Stockholm in 1998 and has also studied at the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Sweden. The year she graduated, Maria Kariis set up her own design company.

Eight years later, in 2006, Maria Kariis started working with Holmegaard. Here she threw herself into her work with glass as a design material and is the designer responsible for the mouth-blown 2Lips vase range which took inspiration from the luxuriant shape of the tulip. The range is an exquisite example of sculptural and decorative glass art.
