The Design MO 107 by Magnus Olesen:
Model 107 was designed in the 1950s and originally manufactured by Magnus Olesen in 1956. The details of the chair reflect the famous, classic design of the Danish Modern era. The chair represents the design approach of Ib Kofod-Larsen at its best: to design a slightly chunky, comfortable lounge chair while still giving it an elegant and light touch.
Taking the design and craftsmanship into account, the chair was reissued in a classic version in oak, teak and leather. The design is refreshed by additional colour options in black, grey and terracotta and walnut as well as with fabric upholstery that appeal to the modern design lover. This ensures that a classic is respected while giving the relaunch a modern touch.
The chair is equipped with loose cushions that are easy to combine. They have been downsized compared to the original – making the overall impression of the chair even more relevant today.
