The Design: Skargaarden Kryss Chair

The Kryss chair is also available in a modified form as a lounge chair.

In 1975, Björn Hultén was commissioned to decorate the Swedish embassy in Cairo. For the terrace and the outdoor area he created a fancy set of two foldable chairs in high-quality teak and fabric – the Kryss chairs. A solution that is far more elegant than it seems at first glance. The chair offers a high level of seating comfort and is very easy to move due to its weight and foldability.
