The city of Boston is in the history of the US an important link between the old historical Europe and the brave new world in North America. In the same way, our Boston chair represents the timeless furniture design of the 1950’s and contemporary Danish furniture manufacturing. The frame is made of the finest European beech or oak, the shell is made of slow growing German beech, which ensures the highest quality. The Boston chair comes in a painted version, with cover veneers, in different laminates, or with exclusive “Bonded Leather”, and upholstered in the finest fabrics.

Danerka is a Danish company located at Årslev on the Danish island Fünen. The company has been established by Erik Kaastrup in 1988. Since then the company is one of the leading companies of Scandinavian chairs and tables and belongs to the family company Hudevad Formfiner since 2012. This company has been producing chairs and pressed furniture parts as a part of Danerka for many years before.
