Fredericia Furniture – Trinidad Barstool is a new take on the timeless Trinidad chair designed by Nanna Ditzel in 1998. The beautiful cutouts in the back is assured to capture the light on a sunny day. The Trinidad Barstool is available with many different woods and treatments to suit your home. It is also available either a wooden seat or an upholstered seat with a fabric or leather of your choice. The legs are made of steel and are available in 3 different colours.

About the Trinidad Barstool
When designing the Trinidad Barstool in 1998, Nanna Ditzel found inspiration in the elaborate fretwork from the Gingerbread Facades that she had seen in colonial architecture while travelling through Trinidad. Much like the facades, the cut-out fretwork of the chair triggers an interplay of light and shadows, creating a pattern projected into space and a subtle sense of motion.
