Le Klint:

Le Klint delivers lamps in hand-folded paper with a frame in lightly oiled oak. Bee Hive is a lamp that exudes luxury and minimalist elegance simultaneously. Materials and craftsmanship embody contemporary sustainable principles with a modest use of materials, ensuring durability and the option for repair if needed. The paper boasts a beautiful tactile look and feel, sourced from a German supplier adhering to stringent standards for production and quality. Wooden components, sourced from Danish partners primarily in Funen and Jutland, are utilized for many of Le Klint’s lamps. Wood variations in color and structure result from different growth periods of trees, influenced by their surroundings, environment, time of felling, and the part of the trunk from which the wood is taken.

Since the 20th century, Le Klint lamps have been developed in collaboration with architects and designers who have great respect for craftsmanship and traditions. They do their best to constantly modernize their designs, according to today’s technologies and changing trends. The history of Le Klint is not only the history of a company but also a reflection of the history of design and technology for more than 100 years – a century in which Le Klint followed modern standards without giving up its own integrity.
