The Shell Basket or ”Naarup Basket” is a handmade breadbasket made out of three pieces of steambend ash or cherry wood held together with a wooden dowel.
After a great deal of trial and error the technique is now perfected and the result is very pleasing; a beautiful yet simple breadbasket, the Shell Basket, made entirely out of nature’s own materials.
