The Danish-Italian design duo GamFratesi designed the Yuh for Louis Poulsen in 2017. The product range, which was originally only available in black and white, was later supplemented by brass and marble versions. One of the key features of the lamp is its individuality. The light can be used flexibly and the lamp takes up very little space. It can be rotated and adjusted in height so that it always illuminates the desired area and creates an optimal mood. The geometric shape of the umbrella is determined by the movement of the umbrella on the pole. Its appearance is minimalist: from the round shape at the base to the linear opening at the top of the shade. The name “Yuh” is the phonetic spelling of the English word “you”.
